"Why do I feel like you have something to say to me?" Those were the words Gabriel told her after minutes of silence.
"What?" Zoe turned to face him, surprise etched on her face that he was even speaking to her.
"I thought by now that you would have something to say concerning her, you're quite opinionated." He asked, his gaze surprisingly glued on her.
"It's none of my business. You said it yourself, we might share a house, but that doesn't mean we should be friends," Zoe reminded him of his words.
"I thought for a moment there, you wanted to tear her apart. You can't be jealous, right?"
And so goes not responding to him.
