Angelo casually removed the cigar from his mouth and blew the smoke while Emily stood at the door frame and stared at him in utter disbelief. She knew that Angelo was a man who enjoyed a glass of brandy from time to time, but she needed to be made aware that he also preferred a cigar or two.
Emily entered the room, shut the door behind her, and waved her hands from side to side, hoping to remove the smoke from the cigar.
"First, you have a problem with me, and now you want to stop me from having fun? Am I supposed to believe that you're a caring wife?" Angelo asked her. His words stung Emily, but there was no room for emotions. She needed him to kill the bud as soon as possible.
Emily moved from where she stood and tried to grab the cigar from Angelo's hands, but he simply lifted it above his head, making it impossible for Emily to reach it.
