Both Emily and Angelo marched into the precinct once the detective had called them. Taj's arrest had come as a surprise to both of them.
As soon as they stepped out of the car, the reporters were aggressive in their pursuit to get a response out of them, and if it were not for Tito and the other guards, neither Emily nor Angelo would have gotten into the precinct.
Once in the precinct, Angelo was furious and wanted to tear everyone to shreds. "Where is the detective!" He yelled loudly, enough for everyone to stop what they were doing and they turned to look at him. Without saying much, Emily held his arm and looked into his eyes, assuring him that everything was going to be okay.
"Good morning, Mr. Sorrentino." Angelo turned around, only to see the detective walking towards him with a stack of files under his arm.
