Julian sat up when he heard a knock on his door.
"Hi!"
Florence came in with a smile. She had just left Archibald and her father for their emergency meeting and came here to check on Julian after hearing what happened to them.
"You look better than I expected," she said sitting on the chair beside the bed.
Julian closed and opened his hand, "I also did not expect this recovery."
He was sure that the barrier he placed on him and the rest was not enough and that they would surely sustain a lot of injuries. But he was here wide awake, able to get up after just a few hours of rest.
Even when he teleported them all back here, he did not feel so weakened by it.
"Do you feel fine?" she asked again.
"I do."
"I see. I heard that Owen and Nicholas were still unconscious and even though their recovery wasn't as fast as this, they are recovering pretty well."
He nodded his head, "I see. That is good."
