But soon her face turned serious.
"I see. So, you have decided."
Spencer leaned on the counter and she did the same.
"Have you not?" he asked back.
She shook her head, "Right now, I am still tied down with the punishment. I was simply going with the flow so I have not thought about what I would do after it. But I know I will think about it when the time is close."
He nodded his head, "As long as you are clear about what you do next then you will surely be fine. After all, it was you who was unable to do the things you want much more than us."
"Was I pitiful back then?"
He shook his head, "It was sad but pitying you is an insult to your efforts so we never thought that you were pitiful."
She smiled, "Have we ever had this talk before? I mean after settling down here?"
