This is a magical world that is in a reverse way.
It is a world of abilities that is fueled with mana.
And the source of this mana is the stars from above.
There are different types of abilities and each of them comes from the stars.
And the strongest ability comes from none other than the moon above.
That is the reason why wars and battles always escalate during the night and dwindle during the day.
When it was normal for war to reach its peak during the day, this world was different.
Because mana could be replenished more during the night when the stars are not being overshadowed by the brightness of the sun.
But as already known by many, the brightest star out there is none other than the sun.
As the biggest and brightest one out there, it also has the purest mana of all.
And the mana that the stars give the ability users comes from none other than the sun itself.
Each star acts as the mediator for the sun and the ability users.
Because the purest mana could not be absorbed directly by the ability users. A single drop of it will cause them to instantly explode. Circumstances could happen but it would be among the rarest of rare.
And as if to protect the ability users, a layer of barrier protects the world from the direct pouring of the pure mana from the sun. It reflects this pure mana and this reflected mana is then absorbed by the stars.
And that is how the humans can absorb the mana from the star.
Each star has its composition in that even if they absorb the same pure mana from the sun, it comes out as a different mana type.
This mana from the stars is somehow present during birth and people tend to become ability users as a child.
Of course, some couldn't be one.
But many were still able to become one. Though most of the time what they attract more is that same mana that their parents have. As subconsciously ability users try to absorb the mana present in the air that resonates with the ability inside them.
That is how one inherits the ability of their parents.
And now, the place where the heroes, who woke up a thousand years after their last battle, live is a big piece of land among the many lands in this magical world.
This land is divided into different parts.
It is halved by a mountain range that runs from one end to another.
This mountain range has a mysterious aura in it where dark attribute entities could not survive normally.
One side runs in parallel to a dessert known as Vulpecula Dessert.
It is a habitat of beasts and monsters.
When one crosses this desert from the mountain range, one will arrive at three kingdoms of different sizes.
Eridanus Kingdom, Tucana Kingdom, and Lyra Kingdom.
Lyra Kingdom is the biggest among these three kingdoms.
And the other side of the mountain range was divided into three.
Half of this half is Circinus Kingdom and what followed was the Dark Forest occupying almost a third of the other half. Antlia Kingdom occupies two-thirds of this half.
The Dark Forest runs in parallel with the mountain range.
That same mountain range is also where the first demon came to be and was defeated. It is also the place where the first heroes should have been born.
But one thousand years ago, just as the demon perished, the newly known heroes perished alongside it.
These five heroes were all born in Circinus Kingdom.
A place where the king loves to be loved by his people.
When he realizes that others are being loved, he would want them to perish instead.
The five heroes now known as Luna, Spencer, Aaron, Richard, and Preshea, all have the same nickname as this king of theirs.
A loose-screw king.
He does not care about the well-being of his subjects but wants to be revered by the public.
Circinus Kingdom became a well-known kingdom for being a two-faced kingdom because of him.
But no one could truly retaliate as most of the nobles preferred this kind of king whom they can control rather than a king who can defy them.
As long as it is in their interest, then they wouldn't care how the king would deal with the rest of his subjects.
Whether they die due to being overworked by the king or they die just to give the king what he wants.
It is the biggest kingdom within this land but it is also the most hideous.
In the present time.
The current king has thankfully laid low a lot as compared to his ancestor when it comes to the obsession with the love of his people. Lay low doesn't mean it has disappeared, it is still there. And he still loves acting for his people.
One-third of the people still believe in his benevolence.
Another third would simply accept it as is in fear of being persecuted.
And the last third, knew very well about his true nature they simply don't care. They are the nobles that Luna and the rest came to hate.
After waking up from her slumber which is two years later than her friends. She had decided that it was time to cut ties with this kingdom that brought her and her friends nothing but torturous pain.
They decided to take a different path while trying to find out and understand the reason why they did not die a thousand years ago, along with the demon, like what the king then had wished.
A few days after leaving Circinus Kingdom, they encountered a knight in Dark Forest. Someone Luna felt to have some resonance with, meaning he has the power of the moon.
Finding out that they are Astral, the knight named Julian, decided to employ them in Antlia Kingdom. For their knowledge and strength in understanding, just what is going on in the Dark Forest for the strange movement of the beasts.
It was also revealed after getting to Antlia Kingdom that the injury they had been enduring all this time was not a simple injury but an injury in their core.
A core injury will give the ability user great pain in their body, inside and out. Julian was greatly shocked that they are standing and fighting while having such injury, yet they don't seem like they feel that torturous pain at all.
Along with this revelation was the revelation that Julian wasn't simply a knight but is instead Julian Lawrence Blakewell, none other than the crown prince of Antlia Kingdom.
In the end, they were unaware of his and his brother, Gabriel Lucian Blakewell's identity and caused Gabriel injury, though not intentionally making the nobles of Antlia Kingdom wish for them to be punished accordingly.
Astral is nothing but commoners, hurting royalty whether intentional or not, they are treated to be criminals.
Despite Archibald wishing for his country to be a just country, nobles are still a big part of how they can take care of the kingdom as a whole.
And Gabriel's eyes are where his ability lies. Which meant that he was not simply hurt physically but almost lost his capability to use his ability.
Feeling responsible for what happened, Julian spoke to the king, his father, about the help Astral could give them and suggested a different punishment for them.
The punishment is serving the kingdom for a limited period.
He even went into detail on how they can help the kingdom in different ways.
That is the reason why the five of them already have a designated work after Archibald spoke about punishing them.
And what shut the nobles and allowed them to give in was none other than Luna's ability.
She is a moon ability user.
Of course, he made sure to speak about her team first before speaking of her ability. Because if he started with her ability first, surely the nobles would only look at her and no one else.
He brought them into this predicament, she will surely hate and would retaliate if that is to happen.
This is the first time the nobles and Archibald saw his son being this argumentative when it comes to others. This is also the thought that Archibald was having while he was giving the punishment to the five of them.
With all the events that happened, the group known as the adventurers Astral is now staying at Antlia Kingdom where they were welcomed by the crown prince, Julian Lawrence Blakewell.
Though at this moment it is still temporary, he still chose to welcome them.
Welcoming them to their new home.

I have decided to do this in every first chapter of a new volume... To put a recap about the world and a bit of an outline of how it was going for our beloved characters...
