The knights surrounding them were looking at the ground.
It was not visible during the fight but when it was over, they realized that the place Spencer stood, was the border of the effects of the battle. It was from that point that the ground was undisturbed.
The battle was so intense and they were so focused they did not realize this at all.
And Spencer stood there before the battle even started.
"Are you okay?" Spencer asked Preshea.
"Yes, thank you. You were able to intervene just in time," she replied.
Then she looked at Aaron, "It seems that you were truly angered by what the pri- had happened."
She almost said "the princess" but remembered that the current pastime of the knights is to watch them train. She changed her words.
"If one wants to lose their life for being hasty but why must they include the people around them? When that life was lost, won't mine be included as well?" Aaron answered honestly.
