Steffan adjusted himself forward towards the edge of the couch and stared deep into Shawn's eyes.
"Have you considered the possibility that your wife might be friends with Director Wyatt's daughter?"
Shawn cocked his head to the side, his chin placed between his index finger and thumb, as a line appeared in between his brow.
"Still that does not explain her constantly being in the company of President Jason and living in the same house with him."
"I heard Jason has a great relationship with his sister, ever since they reunited. So it's only natural that he treats his sister's friend well. He might just be watching out for her as his beloved sister's friend, you know."
"To the extent of helping her take revenge against Hudson Group," uttered Shawn, his lips set in a grim line.
