"Where did you go Venedict!, and you really worried me!" I anxiously asked Venedict, unable to contain my deep concern for him, especially since I didn't expect him to leave his spot.
"Sorry, mommy! I thought you were just beside me earlier, and when I couldn't see you, I thought you forgot that I was with you," Venedict apologized with a pout, clearly saddened.
I immediately hugged him after seeing his sad expression.
"Next time, please try not to wander off from your spot, okay? I will always come back for you. And if you can't find me, you can just ask anyone you think you can trust or simply call me. Also, I'm sorry for leaving your phone at the villa earlier. Next time, make sure to always bring your phone with you, alright?" I explained to him.
"Yes, mommy," Venedict politely replied, so I hugged him once again.
We are currently inside the mall's fast-food restaurant.
