"Uhm, son, don't you really remember anything?" Rina asked Venedict.
They were currently in a hotel in Baguio, having just celebrated Venedict's birthday at an expensive restaurant with the entire Sy family, along with Denise and David.
They didn't go for a lavish birthday celebration for Venedict because he was content with a simple gathering, as long as they were all together. Also, Venedict didn't want to go out much, possibly still haunted by what happened before, so they respected his preference.
However, Rina still wanted to celebrate Venedict's birthday more joyfully when they returned to America tomorrow.
"Uhm, there really isn't anything, mommy. Why is it important, though? Is my lost memory that significant for me to still remember them?" Venedict asked. After recalling all his memories before the incident, he unfortunately forgot all the memories from when he suffered trauma.
