"Lucas, can you please message Rina and ask if she's stuck in traffic?" Victor asked, as it had been an hour and Rina hadn't arrived yet.
Lucas immediately messaged Rina on her social media account, and within a minute, she has seen the message but didn't reply.
"Oh, what did Rina say? Is she on her way?" Victor asked.
"Um, I don't know, but maybe Ma'am is stuck in traffic and still on her way, that's why she hasn't replied to me after seeing the message," Lucas said.
"Okay, just tell her to take care on her way here," Victor said, and Lucas immediately relayed the message to Rina.
10 minutes passed...
15 minutes...
Almost half an hour passed, and yet Rina still hadn't arrived.
Despite the time that had gone by, Victor remained seated, gazing outside with a serious expression, hoping to catch a glimpse of Rina.
