"Where are we going?" she asked Victor.
She glanced at him while he was driving.
"We're going to grab some food at the nearby mall first," Victor replied with a smile.
"But we already ate," she responded.
"Uh, but I-I haven't had my breakfast yet," Victor said.
"Me too," another voice beside her added, causing her to look coldly at her.
Vanessa just fell silent and shyly glanced back at Victor who is also looking at her.
"You still haven't had your breakfast?!" There was a hint of surprise on Victor's face as he said this to Vanessa.
"Uhm, y-yes, sir. I went to your condo early to deliver the items you asked for, so I didn't have time to eat," Vanessa replied, looking embarrassed.
What condo? What did she do in Victor's condo? Don't tell me—?" she thought, her gaze shifting between Vanessa and Victor's direction.
