"Alright, class, it's time to submit your work now... And tomorrow, we'll go through each of your drawings, and you'll explain what you've drawn. Understood?" their teacher announced.
"Yes, ma'am!" responded Venedict's classmates in unison.
"Great. Now, as it's time for everyone to head home, please ensure your safety on the way. For those whose parents aren't here yet, don't leave until you are picked up by your guardians or parents. Is that clear?" she inquired.
"Yes, ma'am!" echoed the young students in unison.
"Then, for those who already have their parents waiting outside, you are now allowed to leave," their teacher announced. One by one, his classmates exited the classroom until only a handful remained.
Amidst the diminishing crowd, Venedict's attention shifted to Venice, realizing she was still without someone to pick her up.
