Chapter 34: Abrupt Registration and Wedding Ceremony
Edric had such a long explanation that Loreen was silenced. His points were valid too.
But she never even had a boyfriend, yet Edric was already talking about marriage.
If she was not pregnant, she could suggest that they begin dating first instead of getting married immediately.
But if she's not pregnant, Edric might never even consider marrying her.
After their kiss earlier, she knew that he does seem to have some attraction to her. But that doesn't mean he would have wanted to marry her.
Edric was right though that it would be hard to explain to their child how coparenting works and why they were living separately.
Cooking up lies would be difficult since children are naturally curious. Likewise, the child might hate them after he/she learns that they had been lying to them about their relationship.
