Isabelle huffed, standing with her hands on her hips, as she looked out upon her balcony. The snow piled up more than halfway to the top of the door.
The snow managed to obscure most of her view of the city below at this point and the storm raged on. showing no sign of stopping any time soon.
The door behind her opened quietly, admitting Phoenix.
Snowball immediately raced over to his father, weaving around his legs happily, purring.
The cat continued to follow Phoenix inside, sticking close to the man's feet. Phoenix chuckled and scooped up Snowball with one hand, nuzzling against the cat.
The white little guy seemed very pleased with his position, laying in his father's strong arms.
"Hmm." She mused aloud.
The cat peered out of the window from its vantage point and stared intently at the white expanse beyond, letting out a low grumble of displeasure.
