With that decision, the group began to file out of their lavish room to go find something to eat. Or...well. Given they were being hosted, it was to see if their host had prepared breakfast yet.
Their walk down to the dining room was short and uneventful, and they arrived relatively quickly.
Count Norik met them with an eager smile.
Isabelle couldn't tell how long he'd been awake, but he certainly didn't look like he'd just rolled out of bed himself. It made her wonder, absently, whether he'd gone to sleep at all, or if he'd decided to skip sleep just to ensure he was prepared for when she woke.
Regardless of whatever might be the case, he greeted each of them enthusiastically and guided them into the room where breakfast awaited them on the table.
