She sighed.
The day was long in the tooth. Many a game was played. Much delicious food was eaten.
Even more sex was had.
She was downright exhausted, but in a spat of childishness, she didn't want to sleep.
Sleep meant becoming a responsible adult again, leaving their lovely vacation house, and continuing on the long trudge to Ceiori.
She pouted, arms crossed, frowning down at the table.

Her mood soured quickly, but she didn't want to interrupt everyone else's fun with her gloominess, so she kept to herself for the moment.
Dinner was well underway, and conversation flowed smoothly among the group as everyone enjoyed their meal together.
She'd finished eating and left her plate alone for now, and was absently running a hand over the back of Snowball as the fluffy little ball of white fur wandered along the length of the table, batting playfully at a fork and purring to himself as he did so.
