In the next few days, a lot of changes were made. Skyla's essential luggage and her clothes were shifted from Huria's house to Zyair's apartment. Kail and Lawrence helped in the shifting.
Skyla finally went to meet her friend and thank her for everything she had done for her. Huria was a mixture of emotions seeing her friend go but mostly she was happy. She knew Skyla was in proper hands now, no one could love her more than Zyair.
"I will miss you. Don't be a stranger, keep visiting," Huria asked, her voice quivering from the emotions she felt. Her lips slightly trembled.
"Will miss you too and you know very well it's impossible to get rid of me," Skyla answered with a smile while hugging her best friend.
"Go now, before you make me cry," Huria chided her while separating from Skyla. They had lived together for so many months and Huria had gotten used to having her around.
