Lilian laughed like a possessed maniac as she threw her clicked her mouth in mockery.
"No, she must die, she has taken so much from me, I can't let her be happy," Lilian said, cocking the gun, making Asher's heart almost stop.
"Lilian I'll give you anything you want, just don't pull that trigger please," Jake pleaded, feeling his heart hanging on a sharp knife which seemed ready to pierce through it.
"I don't want anything from you Jake, you took everything from me now it's my turn!" Lilian answered, her eyes full of rage.
Selene's body felt like giving out as she watched the scene before her.
"Lilian, please think about the twins, how are they going to grow up without a mother?" Asher intervened, hoping to get to her before she fired.
"See this is precisely the reason I want you to die, everyone loves you Selene, goodbye," Lilian complained, letting go of the trigger.
