Fairy Li Wang watched as they left. Puzzled, she asked, "How did they manage to come by at the perfect timing? It seems like they are part of it too."
The fake Celestial Master Zuo steeled himself with a light laugh. "If they were the culprits, I would be long dead!" He responded, sarcastically.
"But their timing was too perfect!"
His smile faded. "Did you mean that they made it here too timely? Would you prefer that they made their entrance only after I was dead?"
"That is not what I meant! I just thought that something was wrong. I was already having my rest before I heard a noise in my backyard. I had to check it out and followed its trace here. Were they trying to lead me here?"
