Yun Bixue was kept busy preparing for Miao Zifu's release. Together with Zhou Zinan, she chose and bought some things for Miao Zifu. After all, she was her friend from university and knew what she liked.
Zhou Zinan bought a three bedroom apartment in Ning An City for the both of them—they would reside in the same house first. Yun Bixue did not hire a housekeeper, and instead, picked the furniture herself and arranged them all according to Miao Zifu's tastes.
She also went to the supermarket to buy some fresh produce and other daily necessities. She even bought toilet paper and sanitary pads and also bought the brands that Miao Zifu was used to.
There was actually no need to do all these, but Yun Bixue still had fond memories of her wonderful time when university had first started. She felt that since Miao Zifu had changed for the better, she wanted her second chance at life to be the best as well.
