Su He sucked in a deep breath before she turned her head around and looked at the bodyguard who had shouted at them. She tried her hardest to maintain her cool on the surface and smiled gently as she asked, "What's the matter?"
The bodyguard approached Su He and bowed to her. The next moment, he briskly went up to Ye Yan. He sized him up before he said, "Are you new here? Why didn't you bring along a torchlight when you went to the grove? What if Ms. Su is unable to see the road and falls?"
As the bodyguard was saying this, he took out a small torchlight and handed it over to Ye Yan.
Ye Yan accepted his teachings and took the torchlight from him. He then gratefully bowed to the bodyguard before quickly walking to Su He's front to lead the way for her.
The bodyguard was stunned when he saw Ye Yan's action. A hint of puzzlement appeared in his eyes. However, he did not ask anything else.
