As Mona looked between her brother and Noah in puzzlement, her mother was kind enough to answer her query, "Both of them have the same mate, sweety" The wolf queen couldn't help but smile looking at her daughter's baffled face. Oh how baffled she and her mate had been when Lucas and Noah decided to court Lyra. They were initially scared of something going awry. The relationship between their son and Noah was complicated, to say the least. And as much as they wanted them to go back to how they were before Daniel's incident, it was also okay with them if both of them stayed away as long as they didn't hurt each other.
Now though, the Silver Wolf Queen was thankful that they got over their differences and returned to being each other's friends and confidants. According to the queen, the best thing that happened in both of their lives was Lyra. That child saved her son in many ways just by her presence alone.
