It seemed greasy and did not look appetizing. Ma San knocked over the bowl which Chu Ju was holding and said, "Is this even meant for human consumption! Would you drink it! I don't want it anymore!"
Chu Ju did not even dare to make a sound when her hands were scalded. She quickly took a piece of cloth to wipe the floor clean. If Ma San had a fall while walking around later, she would get scolded again.
"Seriously! What are you good for! Otherwise, let Ma Meng come back and cook! At least she's quick with the chores! You're so old and you make so many mistakes!" Ma San complained.
Chu Ju said nervously, "I just didn't rest well yesterday! I'll definitely be able to do better. Son, don't be anxious. I'll go and cook you something!"
