Xia Wen brought the documents to Xia Xing's house. Xia Xing was currently on marriage leave and he was coaxing his child to sleep. When Xia Wen saw that, he almost could not believe that Xia Xing had become so responsible.
"Xia Xing, I'm here to visit you," Xia Wen said from the main door.
Xia Xing carefully placed the child on the brick bed first, then closed the door and brought Xia Wen to another room. He said embarrassedly, "Eldest Cousin, my house is a little untidy. Please ignore the mess. I'll go make some tea for you now."
"There's no need to do that. I'm leaving in a while. Where's Shao Yin? Why isn't she helping you to take care of the child?" Xia Wen asked with a slight frown.
