Xaloc woke up early in the morning. He reached out and stretched his hand for the small locket clock that he had bought earlier in the week. It was 7 a.m.
That means he has slept for fifteen hours. Xaloc smiled widely when he thought of how successful his night had been.
He got up from the bed and took a bath before leaving his room. Today was the start of the summer exams so if he was lucky and got admitted, he did not need to come back here anymore.
He walked down the staircase and met the slight chubby waiter. "Good morning, Mr Night. Hope you had a good rest. What would you be having for breakfast?"
"Spaghetti." Xaloc replied.
"Give me fifteen minutes and you will have the best spaghetti you have ever eaten."
Normally she was polite and distant but now, she had a large grin on her face as she walked to the kitchen. Her story had changed to a more confident stride.
