On her way home, Zhang Liling put a call to Zhang Xiaoling.
"If you want to see the results, please make a trip down to my house. I am on my way already."
As soon as Liling finished speaking, she cut off the conversation.
"Why does she sound mad?" Zhang Xiaoling mumbled to herself as she went back to brushing her hair.
Last she remembered, she was at the Zhang mansion, so what could have happened over there?
Shaking the thoughts away, she continued to take care of her hair and when she was done, she used her perfume before picking up her bag. Just then, Tang Enlai walked out of the bathroom.
"Are you leaving for work this early?" He inquired as his gaze ran down her.
"I have to stop by and meet my step-sister at her place before going straight to work." Xiaoling replied while managing a smile.
"Won't you wait to have breakfast first?" he asked.
