Immediately they got home, Zhang Liling opened the car door and ran away at lightning speed.
She made her way straight to her bedroom and locked herself in it, before she could feel a little relieved that Mr. Fang wouldn't find her so easily.
"Ah! Liling what have you done to yourself! How would a man like Mr. Fang fall for you?! You just ruined all the efforts you have made so far!"
Zhang Liling cursed at herself while pulling her hair in frustration.
Although she knew that her earlier efforts to get into Mr. Fang's good books were not enough, but the sudden embarrassment she brought upon herself, would make it difficult for him to see her in a good light.
If he even had that idea before, he would immediately free himself from it.
