Zhai Tianyu had never felt as inexplicably humiliated, saddened and hurt as he was right now. In his heart, his father though----- a man who was lustful and unkind was a good man, after all, his grandmother had often sung praises about his father, she had told him how he was a good man and an emperor who cared about his country and land.
That he was a smart emperor with a sensible head on his shoulders which was full of witty schemes and development plans. Zhai Tianyu who heard his grandmother's praises for his father like bedtime stories also believed them. Even when his mother often said that his father was not as good of a man as everyone made him out to be, he did not believe her after all, his mother had never treated him well.
