Melody didn't react for a significant amount of time and just stared at him unblinking. She did not know what reaction to the give even after coming out of shock. She looked him in the eye trying to find any lies behind his word but there was nothing. "Damian..." She called his name and he smiled.
He liked hearing her call his name very much. "I mean it, Melody, I mean every word. All I want is you I don't care what happened in the past but I care about now and the future. A future with you." He said.
A lone rolled down her eyes, through her cheek to her chin before dripping off followed by another and a disbelieving smile on her lips. "Damian..." She stretched her hand and touched his cheek, tilted her head to the side as if trying to find something somewhere on his face he found her cute when she did that. Hesitantly, she leaned in on him and kissed him.
