Her legs trembled, and she began to take a step back, causing Valerio, who stood beside her, to scrunch his brows in perplexity.
"Everly, are you…okay?" He inquired, but as he felt her hand shake, a deep worry glowed in his eyes. "Everly-"
"Sir Avalanzo, can we go home now? I don't want to be here anymore." She pleaded in a tone that sounded almost as if she were about to cry.
"Huh? I..don't understand. What is going on, Everly? Why do you suddenly want to—"
"Hello, Valerio." The voice of a man called from a long distance away, and Everly instantly jolted.
Her eyes flickered in deep fear, and she quickly turned around to rush off to the restroom, but Valerio held onto her hand, not letting go.
"What is wrong with you, Everly?" He asked, very confused.
"Please, let go. I beg you. I-i need to go, I really need to." She implored, but Valerio shook his head at her.
