Phoenix fell asleep after their...fun... and slept like a log for a time. The man clearly felt that their exercise was good for him and he got a well needed nap in as well.
He was snoring.
It made him adorable.
And as much as Isabelle would have enjoyed sleeping for a bit more as well, her body refused to shut off.
She considered climbing back on top of him, but no, she felt like her heart would explode if she got touched again so soon. And she wasn't heartless enough to wake the poor man anyway.
Instead, she wandered into an adjoining room.
Because she had so much power and money that her bedroom had multiple rooms.
She paused as soon as she walked into the room, wearing her disheveled gown, when she saw Lyov casually sitting on a couch, reading.
She felt her face redden. "Oh."
He glanced at her briefly.
And then, she saw his gaze notice...the...the state of her, the evidence of her activity that was surely clear...
