Instead, he caressed her long hair and instructed her grimly, "You must inform me in the future anytime the Empress Dowager requests your presence. You are only allowed to meet her if I'm with you. You should never see her alone without me by your side. Understood?"
Lu Liangwei instinctively nodded when she saw how serious and grave he looked. "Alright."
