Immediately she told the teacher that she wanted to sit with Wu Mei, the other students started murmuring. They were thinking that Wu Mei and Lisa knew each other before.
"Alright... You may sit down there.
Lisa smiled happily and skipped over to Wu Mei's desk. She stretched her hands to shake Shanshan who was frowning.
"Hi, you are Shanshan right?? Wu Mei has told me about you, not that I've seen you I know that she didn't exaggerate at all!!
Shanshan blushed at her words. She didn't know that this Lisa knows about her. What is she feeling jealous for??
"She told you about me??
Lisa nodded. "She said you are like a sister to her, she also told me that you are very cute!! You are really cute!! As cute as a rabbit!!
Shanshan's face turned red, the colour went down from her face to her neck. Lisa laughed again and planted herself beside Shanshan.
After the teacher finished teaching he shared some papers and made an announcement.
"As you all know, Baichang Academy is one of the best schools in Country Y and we have always had a competition between our country and other countries every year. This year is no different!! Our school will be having a Literature and Physics Competition with a school from Country A!!
"Eh!! Country A??
"The schools in country A are well known for the students perverted results when it comes to Literature and Physics!!
"How are we going to compete?? This will be a match that will be decided even before it has started!!
"Quiet!! Students from Country A may be excellent in Literature and Physics but who said Country Y's students are not?? For Six Years in a row, Country Y held the national cup for the two subjects, so why can't we do it again?? Or is this how you see yourselves?? You think that you can't measure yourselves to be up to... No, to be more than the standards of Country A?? Both you guys and the students from Country A are all students, students who can achieve the best if they work hard enough!! So don't put yourselves down due to things that happened in the past and let's face the competition together!! If you want to sign up for the competition, you can come to the office later let's discuss on what we are going to do.
Untill when the teacher left the students didn't even make a sound. They were all pondering on the words of teacher, some of them were moved to tears by the teacher's words. One of the reasons why the students of the class likes the teacher is because of his ability to make them think that they should not stop trying whenever they are tired or when they be put down by either the parents of people from the society the teacher has always told them that they should always try to go over what they think their limit is. But he has always said that there is no limit or where to stop to humans.
Lisa and Wu Mei stared at the people whose heart began to stir due to the words of the teacher, the students from this class has always been one of the best students but some had only studied because they were told to do so, but because of the method either their parents or the teachers took to make them study some of them turn to the delinquents who sits at the back seat.
The boys who were either sleeping on the table, eating or behaving like a truant all sat straight with their backs straight. All except one.....
Jun Helian, the youngest son of the Jun Family. The Jun Family has always been a family envied by the people, even the Wu's has always wanted to overthrow them. But due to their deep roots in Country Y, their attempts has always been futile.
The Jun's have been in existence for a long time, their ancestors even served as Prime Ministers and well known officials in the ancient dynasties. The amount of power and authority they have cannot be compared to any family. Outside Country Y, they can also be said to have influence in the economy but they can't go head to head with some families.
Jun Helian yawned and looked around the class, his eyes stopped at where Lisa sat down and surprised flashed in his eyes. He was asleep when the teacher introduced Lisa to them, so he dit know when she entered the class.
The class grew noisier which made Wu Mei and Jun Helian develop a headache.
"Keep your voice down!! The both of them shouted at the same time.
The class went silent, so silent that even if a pin dropped it will be heard.
Jun Helian didn't behave as arrogant as rich kids behave, in fact he is the opposite. He is quite reticent and doesn't speak much but when he does, the whole class is ready to listen to him.
They also stared at Wu Mei who before that argued with Wu Tang has never spoken much even after the argument. The both of them were the quiet kind.
Wu Mei and Jun Helian stared at each other, the both of them not willing to look away. Jun Helian gazed at her with interest in his eyes. They had met before but Wu Mei didn't know.
_The boss huh?? Nice!!
Jun Helian smiled at her before he averted his eyes. The girls who saw this all looked at Wu Mei with undisguised hatred while Wu Mei herself looked confused.
Why did he smile at her?? She didn't know!!
Why did she see familiarity in his eyes?? She also doesn't know!!
And why the hell are those girls having their murderous gazed on her?? She's completely baffled!!
