I sat in a seat and crossed my arms with one leg crossed over the other. I looked around and noticed Yumeji and Kikyo sitting next to me. I looked ahead and noticed a third woman piloting the battleship. I closed my eyes and decided to rest while we flew to St. Fraskia.
As we flew we heard a thump on the top of the battleship. I opened my eyes and noticed the flashing red lights. I looked oped and heard more thumping.
"We are under attack! Yumeji! Kikyo! Handle the Fell Beast!" The woman said.
"Right!" Yumeji stood up and summoned her pistols then ran to the back.
"We will have them defeated." Kikyo said then followed behind Yumeji.
"What's going on? Who's attacking?" I asked.
"The Fell Beasts Judgement has created. Luckily it's not a very strong type, but we must still be careful." The woman said.
"Who...are you?" I asked.
"I am Orishi Ashikaga. I am the Professor of St. Fraskia and the pilot of Star Shooter. I suggest you to sit back and hang on." Orishi said.
From what I could see about her she had long black hair and wore a black commander outfit. I heard sounds of rapid thumping on the roof of the battleship.
"Kikyo!" Yumeji yelled and dodged an attack then Kikyo appeared in front of the Fell Beast and sliced it in half and it turned into a puff of black smoke.
"They just keep coming! There is no end to their ambush!" Kikyo said then looked up and noticed another battleship above them. "Damn...Of course it's someone from Judgement nearby."
Yumeji clicked a button on her watch and a holographic screen appeared above her watch. "Hey Big Sis Ori! Judgement is on our tail!"
"Just keep fighting! I'll figure something out!" Orishi replied.
"We'll try." Yumeji said then hung up. "Teach said she's got a plan."
"Alright...let's hope she comes up with that plan fast. They are actually ambushing us and plan on destroying Star Shooter." Kikyo said.
"Don't worry...Big Sis always has a plan." Yumeji smirked and twirled her pistols around her fingers then got in her stance.
I got up and noticed Orishi looking back at me. I walked to the back.
"Hey! Where are you going?!" Orishi asked.
"To help them! They can't fight Judgement alone! If anyone knows Judgement the best, it's me!" I said.
"Wha- Whatever, I'll ask questions later. I hope you can handle a rocky ride." Orishi said.
I nodded then ran to the back. I grabbed a sword off one of the racks and used the platform to ride up to the roof of the battleship. I noticed Yumeji and Kikyo fighting the Fell Beasts and becoming overwhelmed. I dashed into battle then my eyes shined. I bellowed and slashed through multiple Fell Beasts and Yumeji and Kikyo looked at me surprised. My Spirit Energy surged around my body then they nodded at each other and smiled.
All three of us began to strike down the beasts one by one and I felt a strong presense on the come down from the ship above. I looked back and noticed a woman with short blue hair and wearing a battlesuit landing on one knee and she summoned her axe.
"Kioshi.." I said then Yumeji and Kikyo looked at me and back at the woman.
"You three are very powerful, obtaining your energy would prove to be an amazing feat!" Kioshi smirked.
I glared at her and stepped forward. "You won't be getting anything! I'll strike you down. You betrayed me. I'll strike down all of Judgement!"
Kioshi looked at me then made a connection then looked a bit surprised. "Hisumi..? No. You can't be Hisumi...Morata killed Hisumi."
"I am Hisumi! This is me now, but even as a woman...I won't stop until all of Judgement is dead! Especially the commander and Morata." I said.
Kioshi laughed and held her stomach. She panted and shook her head slowly. "Oh man...Isn't this a treat. The commander wouldn't believe that Hisumi is still alive. Well then...bringing your head back to the commander would be more pleasing. I'll save you for last!"
She dashed to us then I dashed to her. She swung her axe and I went to block the attack, but was blown away. I groaned and rolled on my side then Yumeji looked back at me surprised. She looked ahead then glared and dashed to Kioshi. She fired multiple bullets at her, but Kioshi dodged each bullet then dashed to Yumeji, leaving behind after images. She swung her axe at Yumeji, but she perfectly dodged then attack caused Kioshi's time to slow down, causing her to move in slow motion.
Kikyo ran to Kioshi and slashed through her then five more slices hit Kioshi and once her time returned to normal she groaned and was sent flying backwards. I stood up and held my arm then panted.
"Dammit...My physical abilities have lowered with this new body, but I took the hit well with my Spirit Energy." I said to myself.
"Heh...You Valkyrias and your Temporal Deceleration ability." Kioshi said then stood up.
"Not all of us have Temporal Deceleration! You're lucky my ability has a cool down and I can't just spam it like I wanted to." Yumeji scoffed and glared at Kioshi.
Kioshi smirked and her Fell Energy surged around her body. "Valkyrias! Meet your end!"
I looked at Kioshi and walked forward then placed my hand on my chest. I glared at Kioshi and yelled then dashed to her.
"Hisumi!" Yumeji yelled.
My Spirit Energy surged around my sword then I swung my sword horizontally. Kioshi parried my attack then grabbed my shirt and chuckled evilly. She yelled and tossed me in the air then her axe emitted powerful dark aura. She appeared above me then I looked surprised, noticing her slash downward. I blocked her attack and groaned as I was sent crashing onto the battleship. My sword flew out of my hand and I rolled on my side, grunting in pain. I slowly got up and coughed a bit of blood.
"Hisumi stay down!" Kikyo said as she rushed to me and held onto me.
"Big Sis! We've got some trouble! This woman's energy is off the roof!" Yumeji said as she contacted Orishi.
"Shit...This is a pain in my ass and we aren't even half way to St. Fraskia. Alright I've got the plan down! Hold her off for as long as you can!" Orishi said as she clicked some buttons on the overlay of the control panels then flipped some switches.
"Uh...I'll try." Yumeji said then pressed a button and hung up.
"Come at me...I dare you.." Kioshi smirked.
Yumeji dashed to Kioshi and reloaded her pistols then jumped up, somersaulting then went for a downward kick. Kioshi blocked the kick and pushed Yumeji away then dashed to her. She swung her axe then hit her and Yumeji groaned as she was blown away. Yumeji hit the ground then rebounded off the ground then landed on her feet. She panted then fell on one knee.
"Is that all you have to offer?! Now that I have my Fell Energy activated, you all are no longer a problem!" Kioshi laughed.
Yumeji grunted and slowly stood up. "I'm not done yet!"
Yumeji dashed to Kioshi then went for a few kicks, but Kioshi dodged them all. Yumeji jumped up and went for a roundhouse kick. Kioshi dodged her next kick and grabbed her leg then slammed her to the ground. Yumeji groaned loudly and her eyes turned white then Kioshi tossed her aside.
"That's enough." Orishi said as she rode up the platform leaded to the top of the battleship. She was wearing her battlesuit. Her battlesuit was red and had a singular flame wing on her left side. She had a great sword equipped on her back. She grabbed it then held it at her side then got in her battle stance.
Kioshi looked back and smirked. "If it isn't Orishi in her Burning Vengeance Battlesuit. You know we actually have unfinished business!"
Kioshi dashed to Orishi. Orishi glared then dodged Kioshi's attack and absorbed some of Kioshi's Fell Energy then it turned into Flame Energy. Orishi's great sword shined and began to emit flames. She bellowed and her eyes shined.
"Inferno Unleash!" Orishi slashed and hit Kioshi. Kioshi groaned loudly in pain then an explosion happened and Kioshi was blown away. She landed on her feet and slid back then fell on one knee.
"I...expect nothing less from the Valkyria Champion. This isn't over...I will be back." Kioshi smirked then teleported away back to her ship then the ship flew away.
Orishi looked back at the three of us and looked at me in particular. "You've got some explaining to do. Come inside the battleship."
Kikyo and Yumeji looked at me then Kikyo helped me up and we all followed Orishi back into the battleship. We used the platform to ride back down inside the ship then we all went to sit down.
Orishi looked at me and crossed her arms then her battlesuit disappeared off her body. "Now talk. What did you mean by if anyone knows Judgement the best, it's you?"
"This might sound crazy, but I used to work for Judgement. I was never aware of any Valkyrias back then and while I was working for Judgement, I was promised that they were going to help me find my father only to be betrayed by them and killed by the hands of one of their best." I explained.
"Hm. So you knew them on a personal level." Orishi said.
"Yeah...and I will stop at nothing to exact my revenge on them...not only for killing me, but killing my father as well. I'll destroy them all.." I said then looked down.
Yumeji looked at me then back at Orishi. Orishi sighed a bit then placed a hand on her hip then rubbed the back of her head.
"Yeah I'm gonna need a good drink and a smoke after this...Alright. How about you join us Valkyrias? Not only are we planning to destroy Judgement but we can also help you learn about this new era that's coming up." Orishi looked at me.
"I...I guess. I mean I'm already going to your academy so I might as well become a Valkyria." I said.
Orishi nodded and went back to her seat at the pilot area. "Good. Good. Now buckle up. We've got a long ride ahead."
