I woke up to the sound of the battleship landing at the landing site. I rubbed my eyes and looked around then noticed Yumeji and Kikyo waking up as well. Orishi stood up and stretched then looked at us.
"We are here girls." Orishi smiled and walked ahead when the door opened.
I looked out the window and noticed an entire campus. I stood up and looked amazed at the different buildings. "What the hell..? How does one pay for all of this..?"
"We don't. It's all been paid for. The only thing we gotta worry about is getting maintaining high grades." Kikyo said and smiled. "Come on, we'll show you around."
"We? I didn't know you spoke French." Yumeji said then walked ahead then gagged when Kikyo grabbed her collar.
"I don't speak french and yes. WE will show her around." Kikyo said.
"Come on...I'm tired and hungry. This ride and the fight took a lot out of me." Yumeji whined.
"We will go to the restaurant first then, but you're paying this time." Kikyo said.
"Ugh...Fine." Yumeji sighed and walked off the battleship first then we followed behind her.
"You ladies be sure to make it back to your dorms before 10 PM so you can rest up and be ready for class tomorrow." Orishi said. "I'm gonna go sleep. Been a long day for all of us."
"Okay!" Kikyo and Yumeji said at the same time then walked forward.
I followed behind them and we walked to the restaurant together. I looked at the sign and read it. It said St. Fraskia Diner. Right next door was an arcade named Fraskade. This campus was like a mini city. Everything was just in one campus. I couldn't believe my eyes. Kikyo looked at me and noticed I was just standing in one spot, amazed at what I was looking at.
"Hisumi! Are you coming?" Kikyo asked.
I looked at her then nodded and hurried over to her. We walked to the door and noticed a sign on the door.
"Aww dammit! The restaurant is closed because of the recent attacks on campus. Looks like the owner had went back home for a few to be with her family while she had the chance." Yumeji sighed. "Welp, what are ya gonna do? I'm heading to my dorm and relaxing."
"That's it! We can go to the dorms. We might need to change your wardrobe. We can't have you wearing these bloody clothes for the rest of your time here." Kikyo said then took my hand and hurried over to the dormitory.
We made it to the dorms and I looked around the dormitory lounge area. It had a massive flat screen TV and some couches, pool table, mini fridge and other appliances, but this was just the lounge. Kikyo led me to her and Yumeji's room and I was awestruck. Their dorm room was massive. It was basically the inside of an apartment. It had a kitchen two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room. St. Fraskia seemed like the kind of place only the richest people could ever dream of going and I hit the jackpot.
"So the rules of the dorm are up to four people can stay in a dorm room, basically no fighting of any kind. The dorms are a home to us Valkyrias and we should all be nice here. Any form of disagreement should be settled on the battlefield. On school nights we have a curfew 10 PM. We should be back in our dorms by that time. We can show you around after school, right Yumeji?" Kikyo said then noticed Yumeji knocked out on the couch.
"It's only 8:43 PM...It was a long and rocky ride so I guess I understand why she's so tired." I said then watched Kikyo walk to the kitchen. I followed her and noticed her getting out pots and pans.
"I'll make you something good with what we've got. We don't have much at the moment, I've got to run by the store this weekend." Kikyo said.
I nodded then watched her cook. She put on her apron and put her brown hair in a bun then began to cook. "So what's the academy like?" I asked.
"It's basically your everyday academy until the exams come up. You've got to put what you've learned into action via combat. Those who pass the exams are able to go out on missions. To move up in the rankings, you need to take an exam and pass it with a high enough mark. Right now me and Yumeji are stuck at the B Ranking and we can only take up certain missions. I want to reach the max ranking so I can finally go on missions dealing with Judgement." Kikyo explained.
"I see. What about those who don't meet the marks. What do they do?" I asked.
"They are the ones who run errands and do the clean up jobs around St. Fraskia." Kikyo answered.
"Mmm.." I nodded then looked around. "What are the students like?"
"Well me and Yumeji take a special class since we are above the norm around the campus and there are only five students in that class. Yumeji only made it thus far because her sister happens to be the assistant principal of the academy while the Principal is one of the best Valkyrias known." Kikyo said.
"But Yumeji is pretty strong." I said as I looked at Kikyo.
"Strong, but ignorant, naive, hardheaded, and she is overconfident at times...but when it comes down to it she's our most reliable ally. She's got the potential to become a Ruler." Kikyo said.
"Ruler. I want to know more about this Ruler talk. A member from Judgement said with my energy, the commander would have enough power to become a Ruler. An Overlord. What are these titles and do they hold purpose?" I asked.
"The Title of Ruler holds more weight than anyone could understand. They become a person with Godlike Power. Rulers aren't always a good thing however...The Divine Energy is something that can be easily corrupted if it is manifested in the wrong person. That's why we have the Ruler of Fallen. The First Ruler or most known as the Fallen Overlord. It is said that she went evil because of her lust for more power after being worshipped as a God. It took many rebels to finally strike her down including the mother of Yumeji. Yumeji was only four when her mother died by the hands of the Overlord." Kikyo said.
"How many Rulers have there been so far?" I asked as I watched Kikyo grab a plate from the cabinet.
"Twenty Rulers. Five Overlords. Two Sovereigns." Kikyo said.
"What's the difference?" I asked.
"Rulers are known as Godlike, but they are equivalent of a Lesser God. Overlords are the same, but they are corrupted and hold dark power. Sovereigns are the strongest of the three types. They are Absolute. They are seen as the Almighty. The two Sovereigns are the Sovereign of Creation and Sovereign of Destruction. They are the creators of the universe and the rule makers. They keep balance in our universe and make sure nothing goes awry." Kikyo said as she placed the plate in front of me.
I looked at the food on the plate and noticed it was an omelette with a side of rice balls. "There's so much I have no knowledge on about these things. Apparently I have the power to become a Ruler and I don't even see it in myself to be someone who wields Godlike Power."
"I understand how you feel. When I heard I was able to become a Ruler I was in disbelief as well. I am not and will never be ready for such a responsibility, but it's something we can't avoid. Only fate can tell what kind of Ruler we become if we become a Ruler." Kikyo said then turned off the stove. "We can talk about this more tomorrow. Make sure you eat up. You can sleep in the second bedroom across the hall from mine and Yumeji's room."
I nodded. "Thank you." I said then began to eat my food.
She nodded and walked off to go to her room. "Just leave your plate in the sink. I'll deal with them in the morning." She yawned then disappeared down the hall.
I thought about the talk of Rulers and had a better understanding about them. Rulers, Overlords, Sovereigns...all were Godly yet so different at the same time. If I am destined to be a Ruler, I know I will be targeted even heavier and now that Judgement knows I'm alive, they will hunt me down no matter the cost. Luckily they don't know of my whereabouts, all they know is I'm alive.
I finished eating my food and stood up to go put my plate in the sink then looked around. I decided to go to the room Kikyo said I could sleep in. I walked in the room and closed the door then walked to the mirror and looked at myself. I was still in disbelief that I am now female. I unbuckled my pants then pulled my pants down then looked at myself in my panties then pulled on my boxers then noticed that my dick was completely gone.
"What am I going to do..? What can I do? I am obviously not dreaming and if I am that means I am in a coma which I know I'm not." I sighed then decide to go to the bed and lay on the bed. I closed my eyes and decided to try and get some shut eye.
'I could just figure all of this out tomorrow.' I thought to myself and sighed.
I soon fell asleep after a few minutes and let all my worries slip away for the night.
