As per his sudden demand, even though it was pretty hard for Randall but he fulfilled his royal command quite in a rush. Holding a crystal bowl of warm raw ox-blood, Xanthus walked into his room as the doors opened wider.
As soon as he stepped inside, the sight ahead startled him a bit. At the center of the room, Noah was crouched down, lying on the cold floor, turning over one side. It looked as if he had passed out once again as only his abdomen was showing very slow breathing movements.
Frowning his thick brows, Xanthus peered a glance at the bowl of peaches and the glass vessel of water on the shelf, only to find both of them intact. It was evident that Noah didn't touch them either as he really didn't disobey his command!
A thin small smirk sliced the corner of his lips as Xanthus lifted the bowl of blood down, before looking at his unconscious body. Slowly as he walked up to him, he knelt down on the ground and hovered over him with a keen gaze.
