"Who are you?", she couldn't mistake that voice for anyone else's. It was her husband's voice, and yet when she looked into his eyes there was no hint of recognition.
"What are you doing with my wife?" Maru immediately let go of the strands of hair that she was pulling on and with a bewildered look on her face glanced at Rin and back at Cinderella. Then over and back again.
"Your wa-wife?" she didn't want to stutter, she has made up her mind to win this game no matter what. And yet what is happening?
Cinderella scrambled from her grasp and ran to hide on the back of the tall domineering man with eyes the color of the night, and hair the color of raven.
"Rin, what are you saying?" she couldn't even find the words. No, her mind can't accept what is happening.
"Cinderella what have you done?" her eyes filled with anguish looked into Cinderella's innocent ones.
